Job summary

JoCo is seeking a Measurement Analyst in Oklahoma City to support accurate gas measurement data and reporting. You will analyze measurement information, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with field and office teams to ensure reliable data and timely reports.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems. Occasional overnight travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relative experience.
• F familiarity with Flowcal, TESTit, or similar measurement software is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new technical systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Dependable work ethic, willingness to learn, and flexibility for occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and update gas measurement data using Flowcal to maintain accurate volume and energy records.
• Partner with field technicians and SCADA personnel to ensure reliable data collection and reporting.
• Monitor measurement information and troubleshoot discrepancies related to gas volumes, balances, and producer accounts.
• Prepare and distribute routine measurement reports for internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with gas and liquid measurement processes, settlement activities, and compliance controls.
• Maintain accurate meter information and communicate measurement adjustments to appropriate stakeholders.
