Job summary

Flowco, Inc. seeks a Gas Lift Technician in Midland, TX to install and service artificial lift products, optimizing oil and gas well production. You will handle field duties, perform equipment installation and repairs, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies.

The role requires strong communication, physical endurance, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. CDL is preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical certification or higher preferred.
Associates degree or higher preferred.
3+ years oil/gas experience in related fields.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
Familiarity with artificial lift methods and packers.
Familiarity with engineering diagrams, schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Select and install artificial lift equipment to optimize well production.
Provide sales and technical service for artificial lift products.
Ensure safe operations per OSHA and local policies.
Determine best product for well optimization.
Install and repair equipment and components.
Communicate clearly with clients, management, and team.
