Job summary

Flogistix Lp in La Vernia, TX is seeking a field technician to service artificial lift products for E&P clients, determine the best option for well optimization, and install or repair equipment and components. You will clearly communicate with clients, management, and team members.

The role includes managing job tickets, maintaining inventory, and performing outdoor, physical work (up to 50 lbs). Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected; a HS diploma or higher is required plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher required
• 2-3 years related experience preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education, Qualifications, & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED, Tech certification, Associates degree or higher
• 2-3 years related experience preferred
• Demonstrated work experience of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations and compliance of OSHA and other local regulatory policies and procedures
• Must be able to perform simple mathematic calculations, have good mechanical aptitude, and reasonable English writing skills.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical workload including daily repetitive physical activities, moving and lifting 50 lbs., and standing, bending for 10 hours
• Demonstrated time management, organizational skills and a professional, courteous demeanor
