Job summary

Tally Personnel, LLC is seeking a Gas Lift Service Technician to assist in installing artificial lift equipment and related devices in field operations. You will optimize, troubleshoot, and implement solutions while delivering excellent customer service on and off site.

The role requires independent work, travel to job sites, and adherence to safety protocols. The job emphasizes teamwork, communication with customers, and accurate documentation of field activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• HS/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• 5 years experience in artificial lift, production, completion or similar oilfield operations.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills
• Available after hours/weekends/holidays on periodic basis
• Local travel required, travel outside of state on periodic basis

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of artificial lift equipment and peripheral devices.
• Provide input as to design criteria for artificial lift equipment.
• Coordinate and ensure safe transport of equipment from shop to well site.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings with onsite personnel.
• Work with customers to advise proper procedures for installation and retrieval.
• Oversee installation/retrieval of Gas Lift tools and monitor site safety and efficiency.
• Communicate progress and modifications to customers on site.
• Promote and maintain customer relationships and safety policies.
