Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Distribution and Transmission Integrity Management leader to build and manage DIMP/TIMP programs across all gas utilities. You will report to the Vice President, Technical Services - Gas, and coordinate with the Gas Modality Team to ensure compliance with federal and state pipeline safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience with integrity management within gas operations.
• Strong understanding of federal and state pipeline safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interprets regulations related to DIMP/TIMP for gas utilities.
• Leads development of integrity management plans with metrics and reporting.
• Evaluates inspection results and formulates improvement recommendations.
• Develops probability-based risk models for gas assets.
• Writes RFPs and manages third-party contractors for program work.
• Ensures data supports updates to integrity management plans and risk models.
• Provides periodic leadership updates on integrity initiatives.
• Collaborates with functional leaders to harmonize safety efforts.
