Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a Gas Plumber focused on generator installations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This performance-based role pays based on output rather than hourly limits.

Install gas lines, size and test systems to code, coordinate with installation teams, perform diagnostics and ensure a high-quality customer experience. We offer a company vehicle and uniforms, plus uncapped performance pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing or gas piping experience preferred.
• Generator or gas line experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of fuel gas codes and safety standards.
• Self-motivated with strong production mindset.

• Install gas lines for residential standby generators
• Size, test, and verify gas systems to code
• Coordinate with install teams on full generator projects
• Perform diagnostics, leak detection, and repairs
