Job summary

A leading energy company in Dallas is seeking an experienced engineer to provide operational and engineering support for gas gathering systems. You will be responsible for managing projects, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree, have project management experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation with excellent benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering required.
• Must have recent gas gathering and compression project management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and maintain gas gathering pipelines and compressor stations.
• Manage gas system improvement and expansion projects.
• Monitor operations to optimize performance and reduce expenses.
• Develop and track the operating budget for the gas gathering system.
• Ensure environmental permit compliance.
