Job summary

SB Energy is seeking a Gas & Fuel Supply Lead to support and drive strategy, development, contracting, and readiness of natural gas supply for Ohio Powered Land assets. The role reports to the Project Director, with close coordination with Commercial & Offtake.

Responsibilities include developing fuel-supply strategy, evaluating pipelines and interconnections, negotiating gas-related agreements, and coordinating with engineering and regulatory stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics, business, energy management or related discipline.
• 5+ years in natural gas supply, transportation, origination, trading, pipeline development, or fuel procurement for power generation or large industrial loads.
• Strong knowledge of physical gas markets, pipeline tariffs, nominations/balancing, pricing, basis risk and reliability planning.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop integrated fuel-supply strategy, demand forecast, and contingency plan.
• Assess upstream supply, pipelines, storage, and interconnection options.
• Lead or support gas supply, transportation, interconnection, balancing agreements.
