Precision Pipeline Solutions in the United States is hiring a Gas Fitter to perform installation, maintenance, and operation of natural gas facilities under a foreman. The role involves heavy physical labor, digging, and operating various equipment.

Qualifications

• Gas Fitter/Technician with at least 2 years gas experience.
• Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds) in diverse weather.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Safety-conscious and reliable.
• Ability to work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew with installation of natural gas mains and service lines.
• Maintain expertise in installation and repair of underground gas facilities.
• Operate construction equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, tampers.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean; check fluids daily.
• Follow safety precautions around gas facilities and heavy equipment.
• Navigate gas construction standards and OM's.
• Communicate with project manager, foreman, and crew to complete tasks.
• Lift and carry materials; use hand and power tools.
• Hand dig with shovel and dig bars.
• Travel to new locations as needed; travel costs covered by you.
• Avoid cell phone use while working.
• Adhere to stop-work procedures when conditions change.
• Possess or pass all A-Tech qualifications required.
• Ability to climb, balance, bend, and repetitive motions.
• Work in all weather types.
