Job summary

Plum Gas Solutions in Odessa, TX seeks a Field Technician to provide on-site and remote support for natural gas processing equipment, perform repairs, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with gas processing equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in engineering technology or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical service and customer support in the field, including mobilization/demobilization and operation and maintenance of gas equipment.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance on gas pressure regulation systems.
• Monitor operating equipment using SCADA telemetry systems.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Travel as necessary to support customers and onsite installations.
• Maintain service reports, parts usage and equipment records.
