Job summary

The successful candidate will have a BS in engineering, 5+ years of related experience, and may bring gas industry exposure. Travel and emergency restoration readiness are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related engineering experience.
• Gas experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs systems or installations to fit objectives and regulatory standards.
• Performs site layouts and documents for procurement, permitting, and construction.
• Prepares projects for bid, schedules bid meetings, and assists with budgets.
• Develops field procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and codes.
• Coordinates construction activities with customers, agencies and internal departments.
• Reviews requisitions/invoices and supports budget development and cost tracking.
• Monitors progress and recommends schedule/cost/resource adjustments.
• Ensures safety and procurement policy compliance.
• May provide direction to junior staff.
