Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Open to all experience levels; training provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project managers and teams.
• Coordinate startup documentation, permits, utilities, and 811 locate tickets.
• Prepare and process documents: purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, change orders.
• Assist with material procurement, equipment requests, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain organized project files (physical and electronic).
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate project flow and report progress.
