Job summary

Paxon Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Gas Distribution Inspector for full-time work across Indiana, with a base in the Anderson area. The project-based role requires knowledge of gas distribution construction, safety standards, and the ability to manage multiple contractor activities while ensuring compliance with standards, permits, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of pipeline inspection and construction experience.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of gas distribution construction activities.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and details are well organized.
• Engage with clients and team members to conduct efficient operations.
• Inspect contractors’ duties on pipe replacement projects and ensure QA.
• Pause work when needed to maintain safety and document everything promptly.
