Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers are strongly desired.
• OQ qualifications are required upon hiring; Class-A CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to meet project goals safely and efficiently.
• Ensure time sheets and expense reports are accurate.
• Develop work-around procedures during delays to maintain productivity.
• Monitor QA and ensure installations meet specs and standards.
• Enforce safety practices on all crews during work.
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of a project.
• May perform site surveys for estimates, proposals, or QA.
