Job summary

UEG UNS Gas, Inc. is seeking crewpeople for the C&M Crewman I–IV track to perform equipment operation and physical labor in gas distribution construction and maintenance.

Under supervision, you will assist the Foreman and crews with a variety of tasks required to keep the gas system safe and reliable. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and the potential to obtain a CDL within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid AZ Driver's license.
• Must obtain a CDL within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 95 pounds.
• Ability to endure strenuous work in all types of weather conditions.
• Some after-hours and weekend call-out duties.
• May be required to perform operational, maintenance and/or emergency function.
• Position may be safety sensitive during calendar year and involve product release calls.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, operates equipment and performs physical labor in gas distribution construction/maintenance.
• Paints meters, regulators, and stations; clears brush and debris around work areas.
• Assist Foreman and crews with related duties as assigned.
