Job summary

A-Gas is seeking a Rapid Test Operator to support the Rapid Exchange Program in handling incoming/outgoing refrigerants. You will test gases, categorize cylinders, and move them to Bulk tanks or refurbishing areas while ensuring accurate data entry of results.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and EPA 608 certification. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and operating forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail to receive, inspect, and certify incoming and outgoing cylinders.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Must be able to follow standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Testing inbound cylinders for gas purity and type; data entry of test results.
• Collaborate with the Lab for troubleshooting results.
• Operate Micro GC equipment.
• Sort and weigh cylinders by product type for pre-production.
• Inspect cylinders prior to filling, fill based on pressure and weight.
• Other duties as assigned.
