Job summary

UniFirst seeks a reliable Production Team Partner in the Shipping Department to help keep customers on schedule with on-time garment deliveries. The role offers a 40-hour work week with weekends off, on-the-job training, and a broad benefits package including 401K, health insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Basic math skills using US units (weight, volume, distance).
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require poly bagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
