Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to support the Shipping Department at our Nashua, NH facility. You will prepare garments for shipment, organize by route, and ensure on-time delivery to customer locations.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, a 1st shift, and a 5-day work week with weekends off. We provide benefits including 401K with company match, profit sharing, health and life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require polybagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
