Responsibilities

• Support Sewing Supervisor to balance and control production lines.
• Operate key line equipment during manpower shortages or absences.
• Absorb workloads of various sewing operations and maintain training records.
• Maintain employee relations and communicate issues to supervision.
• Contribute to safety programs and uphold quality standards.
