Job summary

Abacus is seeking a Product Integrity Supervisor in the Memphis, TN area to lead QC/VAS/POD teams, enforce quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in the garment inspection process. The role involves supervising daily inspections, training staff, and ensuring timely, accurate quality documentation.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of garment production, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Shift: Monday to Friday Days.

Qualifications

• Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
• Must know how to measure and inspect high-end garments.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Understand garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and supervise the inspection/measurement team.
• Train team on inspection procedures and 100% inspections.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Notify PI Manager of deviations and corrective actions.
