Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a QA Inspector to help improve product quality and reduce defects on the production floor.

You will assist operators, read work instructions, learn Exenta and Eton systems, and report findings to the QA supervisor to support continuous improvement.

This role collaborates with floor supervisors and sewing operators to motivate and retrain staff toward defect reduction and higher standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions and quality specifications.
• Learn Exenta and Eton systems.
• Assist in improving quality and reducing defects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect government or commercial products for compliance.
• Measure garments and visually inspect per Work Instructions.
• Record findings and report to QA supervisor.
• Lead in new PDMs/Samples as necessary.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
