• Bag bundles when necessary.
• Use route software for sorting, storage, garment identification, and chip assignment/de-assignment.
• Conduct final inspections of garments to ensure high-quality products.
• Monitor workflow and assign work orders to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Organize and maintain inventory, including garments and emblems.
• Process and maintain daily work order fulfillment activities.
• Review garments for wear, damage, or quality concerns and communicate issues.

Job Details: Job Location: Spencer, IA 51301, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 1st Shift, OBJECTIVE: The Garment Lead is responsible for ensuring garments are accurately identified, processed, inspected, bundled, and prepared for delivery. This position supports daily production operations by utilizing route software, maintaining inventory accuracy, auditing garment counts, fulfilling work orders, and performing quality checks to ensure customers receive high-quality products in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supervise and coordinate the garment bundling process to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with providing direction and support to garment processing.
• Ensure garment bundles are properly tied, labeled, and prepared for delivery.
• Audit garment counts within each bundle to maintain accuracy.
• Bag bundles when necessary.
• Utilize route software for sorting, storage, garment identification, and chip assignment/de-assignment.
• Conduct final inspections of garments to ensure customers receive high-quality products.
• Monitor workflow and assist with assigning work orders to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory, including garments and company emblems.
• Process and maintain daily work order fulfillment activities.
• Review garments for wear, damage, or quality concerns and communicate issues as needed.
• Input and maintain production-related data and stockroom pull numbers.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Perform other production and leadership duties as assigned.
