Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. You will hang garments on hangers and visually inspect for repairs while maintaining a clean work area. The role includes a performance-based incentive pay structure tied to production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Standing for most of shift and repetitive motions; able to push carts or bins as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately hang customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect garments to identify needs for repairs (holes/tears).
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Meet or exceed production standards to maximize incentive pay.
