Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. You will safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers and visually inspect for repairs, such as patches or tears, while keeping your work area clean and organized.

This full-time role offers a performance-based incentive pay structure, with potential to earn extra hourly pay by meeting or exceeding production standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Standing for most of shift with repetitive motions and bending.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers and visually inspect for repairs.
• Identify proactive repairs such as patching holes or tears and maintain area cleanliness.
• Meet or exceed production standards to qualify for incentive pay.
