Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for repairs such as patches for holes or tears, while keeping the work area clean.

The position features a performance-based incentive pay structure with higher hourly pay for meeting and exceeding production standards; standard work eligibility includes US work authorization and being 18+,

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly
• Requires standing for most of shift
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
