Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Garment Fulfillment Associate to support the Rental Division in Wichita, KS. The role involves locating Uniform Rental garments or emblems, assembling garments, grading used items, and receiving new garments while keeping the stockroom organized.

We expect reliability in a fast-paced environment, adherence to safety rules, and a focus on meeting quality and quantity standards. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform various production tasks in the stockroom (locating garments or emblems based on order sheets).
• Assemble garments and assist with receiving new items.
• Grade the usefulness of used garments and maintain stockroom organization.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet/exceed quality and quantity standards.
