Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is hiring for Production Staff - Garment Finisher at our California plant. You’ll support industrial laundry production flow under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, ensuring steady, accurate workflow of garments. No prior laundry experience is required.

You must be able to stand for long periods and regularly lift 25–50 lbs (some tasks up to 100 lbs). Training is provided in a stable, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with plant equipment is desirable but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate press equipment and manage laundry flow.
• Assist in loading and staging garments for pressing and packing.
• Maintain production floor organization and safety procedures.
