Job summary

Rock City Enterprises in Phoenix is seeking a Full-Time Gardens Partner to maintain and enhance gardens, trees, trails, and landscaped areas. You will work outdoors year-round and play a hands-on role in creating an outstanding guest experience.

You should have horticulture or landscaping knowledge, enjoy physical outdoor work, and be able to identify plants, pests, and health concerns. A valid driver’s license is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience with native species, basic landscaping concepts, and landscape equipment.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate technical skills related to horticulture and equipment operation.
• Understanding of irrigation systems and minor repair techniques.
• Ability to identify pests and diseases and communicate observations effectively.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow directions or work independently.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest service.
• Basic math skills required.
