Steingg is seeking an Associate in Garden to provide exceptional customer experiences and build relationships with shoppers at our Greenfield, WI location. You will support the management team in selling, merchandising, and daily store operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

The role requires enthusiastic, collaborative team players with excellent communication skills who can perform duties across departments and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly to make the customers feel welcomed.
• Develop and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Assist customers, determine their needs and educate them to help choose products.
• Assist management with merchandising and operational procedures.
• Follow direction to complete other duties as required.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and presentation are maintained.
• Ensure signage is current and displayed properly.
• Stock and rotate products according to company direction.
• Cross-train across multiple departments.
• Operate the POS accurately to process transactions and bag merchandise.
• Contribute to floral and home décor displays.
