Job summary

Ganna Walska Lotusland is seeking a Grounds Laborer 1 to join the Grounds & Facilities team. This full-time, non-exempt role supports maintenance of a 37-acre botanical display garden, including plant care and irrigation duties, while operating non-mechanical tools and gradually learning power tools.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 lb, and a valid California driver's license, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of strenuous physical work and exposure to inclement weather.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
• Proven ability to lift up to 50 lb.
