Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional – Flower Tent / Greenhouse Associate to manage and operate our flower tents at our nurseries. You will assist customers with bedding flowers, herbs, vegetables, and houseplants, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked display.

You will provide expert plant advice, load purchases, and maintain clean, healthy displays while following cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursery, garden center, or similar retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of bedding flowers, herbs, vegetables, and houseplants.
• Experience with a POS system and handling customer transactions.
• Familiarity with plant nutrients, fertilizers, and soil amendments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Passion for plants and gardening with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
