Job summary

Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE store in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Team Lead to drive a positive shopping experience and support day-to-day store operations. You will help optimize inventory, elevate sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure brand and visual standards are met.

Ideal candidates have fashion interest, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. In order to do so, you play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
