Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships. You play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You will also assist in shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of your store's success!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset
  • Passion for fashion
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Social media skills, mobile device knowledge, and computer skills are assets
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
