Job summary

Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE store is seeking a Team Lead to drive a positive shopping experience, build lasting customer relationships, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will optimize inventory, contribute to sales and customer satisfaction, and help maintain brand presentation across the store. Previous retail leadership and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year as team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is a plus.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong problem solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. In order to do so, you play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
