Job summary

Garage Clothing is seeking a Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience for customers and to contribute to store success. You will assist in day-to-day operations, inventory management, and ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising are maintained.

You will help drive sales, maintain high service levels, and support eCommerce fulfillment while leading a small team in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills and general tech competence are an asset.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. In order to do so, you play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
