GARAGE by Groupe Dynamite in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Team Lead to help deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. Reporting to Store Manager, you will drive store operations, inventory flow, and customer service while upholding visual and merchandising standards.

You will lead by example, mentor associates, and contribute to sales growth. The role requires a high school diploma and retail leadership experience; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of team lead experience in retail preferred.
• 2 years retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. In order to do so, you play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
