Regional Transit Service (RTS) seeks a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient maintenance and repair of RTS revenue and non-revenue vehicles and related facilities. As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you'll provide frontline leadership to ensure the safe, efficient maintenance and repair of RTS revenue and non-revenue vehicles, while supporting the upkeep of RTS facilities. Your leadership helps keep our fleet operating safely and reliably for the communities we serve.
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is a safety-sensitive, first-line supervisory position responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of RTS revenue and non-revenue vehicles, as well as several RTS buildings and facilities. This position supervises maintenance employees, coordinates daily operations, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with RTS standards. Weekend responsibilities include opening and closing Service Building operations and overseeing Service Building personnel in addition to garage operations.
