Job summary

Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE division in San Diego seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, promote a positive shopping experience, and build lasting customer relationships. You will recruit, train and coach staff, drive store profitability, and continuously elevate service standards to reflect our brand.

In this role you’ll foster teamwork, adapt to fashion trends, and manage priorities to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing business environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office or Open-Office
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

The Role:
