Groupe Dynamite is hiring a Full Time Sales Team Lead for our Garage brand in Houston. You will promote a positive shopping experience for every customer and lead a high-performing team to drive store performance.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will use your sales expertise and personalized service to build lasting relationships and contribute to our energetic brand momentum across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
