Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc.'s GARAGE stores are seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh to deliver a seamless in-store experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll support E-comm orders, markdowns, and back-of-house operations, while remaining flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays to help the team thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory or back-of-house retail experience.
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

Job summary:
