GARAGE is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor is always full and fresh.

From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps customers coming back. You’ll be behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly, playing a crucial role in the team’s success through proactive, detail‑oriented work and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset - you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities
