Job summary

Garage Clothing Co. is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory movement, and process shipments to ensure the floor stays full and fresh. You’ll support E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and a high-energy environment that keeps customers coming back.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
