Hello Garage of Delmarva is a locally owned and operated concrete coating and garage storage solutions company serving homeowners across Delmarva. Our Production Installation Team helps bring projects to life by installing garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories.

No concrete coating experience is required for motivated individuals who want to learn and grow with our team. The franchise offers paid training, state-of-the-art tools, and competitive pay based on experience

Qualifications

• Previous construction, flooring, concrete or trade experience is a plus, but training is offered.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work as part of a team, follow supervisors, and eventually lead others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; DOT certification if required.
• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Prepare job sites, including concrete grinding, surface preparation, coating, and cleanup.
• Install garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories following core processes.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean truck, tools, and equipment.
