Job summary

DH Pace is seeking Residential Door Technician Trainees for Overhead Door Company of Albuquerque, a DH Pace Company, Inc. unit, to help install and service residential garage doors and hardware in the Albuquerque area.

Trainees should be mechanically inclined and ready to learn in a hands-on role with safety as a priority. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED acceptable), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install or service residential garage doors and door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Always operate with safety conscious manner while performing job duties.
