Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in garage door systems is a plus; training available.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work with ladders and hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organized, energetic with a sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction.
• Document work with notes, diagrams, and photos for team efficiency.
• Inspect and ensure safety standards are met across all tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates using ServiceTitan to coordinate work.
• Operate with a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts.
