You will diagnose, repair, and install doors, meet homeowners to present tailored solutions, and upsell products. A strong drive for results and a team-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience in carpentry, construction, or related trades.
• Strong communication and sales skills with a proven upsell/close record.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers.
• Meet homeowners in person to present tailored solutions and build trust.
• Upsell products/services based on customer needs.
• Complete 4-5 pre-scheduled appointments daily with provided leads.
• Ensure a professional, safe, and positive customer experience.
