Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a Garage Door Technician Apprentice in the Town of New Windsor, NY. You will identify and resolve garage door issues on-site, advise customers on repairs and prevention, and use our proven model to sell services and equipment.

You will manage inventory in your vehicle and work with a supportive team while earning a base salary plus commission. Year-round employment with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or technical interest is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are required.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets and hand tools.
• Ability to independently lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues with garage doors and equipment on-site.
• Advise customers on repair options and prevention methods.
• Use the company model to sell services, repairs, and new equipment.
• Manage inventory and equipment in the provided vehicle.
