Precision Garage Door Service in New Jersey is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to tackle on-site garage door repairs and installations. You will learn every step, from diagnosing issues to presenting repair options and using our proven sales model.

This role includes hands-on training, a base pay with commission, a company vehicle, benefits, and opportunities for advancement as you gain skills toward a licensed technician.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and resolving issues with garage doors and associated equipment on-site.
• Advising customers on repair options and ways to prevent future problems.
• Utilizing our proven model to sell services, repairs, and new equipment.
• Managing inventory and equipment in your provided vehicle.
