You will troubleshoot, document work, and educate customers while contributing to sales and service excellence. A driver’s license and physical ability to lift 75+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and use hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues, solve problems on the spot, and ensure seamless job completion.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and on job sites.
• Accurately document work through notes, photos, and digital work orders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services to drivesales.
• Achieve and exceedsales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Contribute to a professional, respectful, and team-first environment.
