Goody Garage Doors in Mesa, AZ is seeking motivated Garage Door Technicians to join a team that values craftsmanship and customer service. You’ll install, repair, and maintain doors and openers, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Training includes paid pay during training and clear paths for advancement, with potential earnings ranging from a training stipend to a realistic yearly income up to $150,000+ after you’re trained.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and use standard hand and power tools.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, problem‑solving mindset.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence.
• Deliver five‑star customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate documentation using notes, diagrams, and photos.
• Ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards.
• Recommend appropriate upgrades and services based on each customer’s needs—solutions, not pushy sales.

• Training Pay: $850 per week during training
